just because you missed it,

doesn’t mean you missed out.

day 1

Day 1 was absolutely incredible and served as a great start to our phenomenal week of events. Hispanic Federation kicked us off with an event to talk about their national poll on Latino voters followed by a live podcast recording of Fast Politics with Democracy Forward. The Roof on theWit was also the place to be all day with events hosted by My Body PAC and Care Can’t Wait Action.

day two

Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, Day Two of Democracy House came through in an incredible way. We kicked the day off by going to church with Raben Faith Strategies followed by an amazing luncheon hosted by the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. The Ask podcast took over with live recordings all day.

day 3

Day three of Democracy House did not disappoint! We were the place to be with Brennan Center kicking off the day with a PACKED morning session on voting rights featuring Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer. Then Sierra Club took over the roof and took us to church with Rev. Dr. William J. Barber headlining. Senator Mazie Hirono joined our panel on reproductive health and Mi Familia Vota also packed out the house (and the stage!) to talk about the power of Latinos in America.

day four

They say you save the best for last and our final day of Democracy House did not disappoint. Our Funding Diversity Brunch featured incredible food from the amazing Chef Tanya Holland and the phenomenal Stacey Abrams. Brennan Center packed the house again for their Supreme Court panel featuring Senator Sheldon Whitehouse and Representative Jamie Raskin. Then Black Women’s Roundtable closed us out with the incredible Sheryl Lee Ralph.
